Ipoh Kreative 2016 is a festival with an objective to introduce Ipoh as a hub of creativity and also to promote it as one of the top tourist spots in Malaysia!
The upcoming festival will feature all sorts of fun programmes and activities across Ipoh city where various renowned speakers, artists, performers, entrepreneurs and talents will be in town to promote the city state.
Running for a whole week, the creative festival will take place from 24 to 30 January 2016 at 11 venues in Ipoh, featuring 48 artists and 19 programmes.
Some of the programmes include exhibition on Elena Kravchenko’s artwork, talks by local writer as well music artiste Fynn Jamal, screening at the Yasmin Ahmad museum, art installations and demonstration as well as performances by local bands like Plague of Happiness, Balok People, Nothing Underneath and more.
Furthermore, the entrance for the festival is FREE!
