With the success of “Keeper of Darkness”, Hong Kong actor-turned-director Nick Cheung revealed recently that a sequel might be a possibility.

According to Oriental Daily, the actor, who appeared at the banquet celebrating the success of the horror movie, stated that he is now seriously considering directing the sequel in appreciation for the audiences’ support.

When asked what the storyline would be, Nick stated that it can be called “Lover of Darkness” and will pick up where the ending left off.
“The sequel will definitely be more exciting and will resolve all the questions left hanging in this one,” said Nick.
The sophomore director also stated that he plans to cast Jacky Cheung and Karena Lam, both made a cameo in the movie, to play more significant roles in the second one.
“The overall box office performance will determine whether a sequel will be made or not,” said Nick.
