According to Mingpao News, the 23-year-old Cambridge graduate, who attended an event alongside the upcoming star, stated, “I am not unhappy with her fortune, since we have always known that we will achieve different things.”
Although Miss Hong Kong 2015’s 2nd runner up Karmen Kwok has surpassed her in making an acting career with TVB, beauty queen Louisa Mak has nothing but well wishes for her pageant peer.
Louisa also denied that the opportunity given to Karmen has made her more eager to make her mark in the industry as quickly as possible.
“It’s a good thing if you can start your career quickly, but it is also a good thing to make a more thorough preparation,” she said.
Louisa also stated that she is currently busy prepping up for the upcoming Miss Chinese International Pageant.
