According to Oriental Daily, the director, who worked with Nick on “From Vegas to Macau II”, revealed recently that he agreed to guest star in the movie to show support for the actor’s directorial project.
Hong Kong director Andrew Lau was revealed to have guest starred in Nick Cheung’s sophomore directorial effort, “Keeper of Darkness” (previously reported as “Thug Exorcist”).
“I came to have a little fun and support him. Since I am in the business as well, it was very easy,” said Andrew.
The director also revealed that Nick even gave him a new hairstyle for the movie, which he was fortunately very pleased with.
Praising the actor for his diligence and hard work, Andrew stated that Nick has done decently in every aspect of the project.
Aside from Andrew, Nick’s friends such as Vanessa Yeung, Shawn Yue, and Eddie Peng even came to the set to show support for the actor.
