There is just a lot going on with “Star Wars” lately as loyal fans await the upcoming movie, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”.

Adding on to the list of “Star Wars” related updates, Disney’s CEO Bob Iger had announced at the recent D23 Expo that they are making not one, but two, 14-acre Star Wars-themed lands at their existing theme parks in Orlando, Florida and Anaheim, California.

“I am thrilled to announce the next chapter in the long and exciting history between Disney Parks and Star Wars,” said Iger as quoted in Disney’s Parks’ official blog. “We are creating a jaw-dropping new world that represents our largest single themed land expansion ever.”

There will be two major rides; one will let you fly the Millennium Falcon and go on a secret mission, while the other is an epic Star Wars adventure that puts you in the middle of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance.

It is not yet revealed when the two theme parks will be ready, but separate “Star Wars” attractions will begin appearing at Disney’s existing parks later this year closer to the release of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”.
