American rocker Jon Bon Jovi is set to executive produce a new reality show titled, “If I Wasn’t a Rock Star”, which reveals how rocks stars’ lives would be like if they weren’t in the music industry.
“I was drawn to this project simply because it will be a celebration of the working men and women of this country. They are the real rock stars,” said Bon Jovi in a statement as quoted by Variety.
The series will follow rock musicians back to their hometowns as they experience and reflect on what their lives might be like if they didn’t become famous.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be teaming up with Jon Bon Jovi and the teams at Prototype and 3 Ball to bring ‘If I Wasn’t a Rock Star’ to audiences,” said Bob Weinstein who will also executive produce the series.
“The series will offer music fans a chance to see their favorite stars as they’ve never imagined them before. We can’t wait to see what other amazing talent comes on board,” he added.
Currently, there is no network or air date announced.
