Attack on Titan x Real Escape Game in S’pore this December
Escape from the Titans!
A Real Escape Game based on popular anime series “Attack on Titan” is set to be held for four sessions at Singapore’s Yio Chu Kang Stadium next weekend, The Straits Times reports.
Entitled “Escape from the Walled City”, the game is set in a world where humans’ existence is threatened by man-eating giants called titans, forcing humankind to now live in a city fortified with high walls. However, the titans have managed to breach the outer walls. Humankind must now save themselves by retreating to the sanctuary beyond the inner walls.
This is the first time for the game to be held outside of Japan. It has been done by Singaporean organisers before but never in such a scale as 800 to 1,000 people are expected to attend each session.

According to AFA Channel, players will be locked down in the stadium and they will have one hour before the doors to the inner city are locked. Players will be playing individually but are allowed to work together in teams to figure out the puzzles and clues before the time is up to successfully escape!
The games held in Japan were pulled off successfully. Make no mistake, it is not a game one can look down on – only 120 of the 1600 players in the first game in Yokohama Stadium managed to escape victoriously.
