Hong Kong actor-turned-filmmaker, Stephen Fung, is ecstatic to serve as the Golden Horse jury for the first time.

As reported on Oriental Daily News, the “Tai Chi 0″ director, who attended the press conference announcing the member of the jury on 12 November, stated that he has halted all his work in order to serve his duty well.

“I want to do my job well, so that the committee members who chose me would not be disappointed,” he said.
The 40-year-old star also stressed that he will be focusing his time in Taiwan for the awards show, and will not be doing other activities unrelated to the Golden Horse.
Aside from Stephen, the panel of jury, led by Joan Chen, also includes Aaron Kwok, Chen Po-wen, and Stanley Kwan.
They will be reviewing a total of 38 movies to select the winners for the upcoming 51st Golden Horse Award, to be held on 22 November 2014.
