Singaporean fans of Song Seung Heon are in for a treat. The leading man in the South Korean erotic film “Obsessed” will be making his promotional tour for the movie in Singapore this coming 25 July.
Golden Village is giving fans a chance to meet the actor up close and personal at their “OBSESSED with Song Seung Heon” Gala Premiere.
Not only will the fans be bringing home “Obsessed” postcards, they will also be able to take a photo with the actor himself.
Known for famous Korean dramas such as “Autumn In My Heart”, “Dr. Jin” and “My Princess”, Song Seung Heon is currently one of the biggest drama stars in South Korea.
When “Obsessed” was released in his home country on 15 May 2014, it proved his acting prowess as the movie topped the country’s box office chart in its opening weekend. It managed to snag the top spot while competing with the likes of Hollywood films “Godzilla” and “Transcendence”.
Set in 1969 at the end of the Vietnam War, “Obsessed” tells the story of a high-ranking officer and war hero who gives up everything he’s achieved in life when he falls fatally and obsessively in love with a married woman.
The first screening of the movie will happen at 9.30pm at GV VivoCity, after the meet and greet session with the Korean star at 9pm.
Fans may already start purchasing the tickets for the screening. The purchase can be made at box office counters, on the iGV app, the GV website (www.gv.com.sg) and AXS machines.
