A “Superman” reboot currently in the works
It was revealed that a new Superman movie is currently in the works for Warner Bros, with famed American author-journalist Ta-Nehisi Coates in the writer’s seat.
The upcoming movie, which has been described as a "reboot" of the film franchise, will be produced under Bad Robots, the studio owned by J.J. Abrams of "Lost" and Star Wars Sequel Trilogy fame.
“I look forward to meaningfully adding to the legacy of America’s most iconic mythic hero,” said Coates in a statement to Shadow and Act.
