Dashboard Confessional to bring Emo back to Singapore


The band which contributed to the emo pop-punk scene, Dashboard Confessional, is bringing their music to Singapore for the first time.

Even though vocalist Chris Carrabba has put on a few solo shows in the country previously, this will be the first time the full band line-up will be there together.

The band, consists of Carrabba, Scott Schoenbeck, Armon Jay, and Ben Homola – will be playing at D'Marquee @ Downtown East on 9 September 2017, prior to their tour of Australia.

Most known for the song “Vindicated” which featured on the soundtrack of “Spider-Man 2” in 2004, the band has also released other classics throughout their career, like “Don’t Wait”, “Stolen”, and “Hands Down”.


The band’s latest album “Alter the Ending” was released in 2009, which includes their lead single “Belle of the Boulevard”.

Free standing tickets for their show in Singapore are going at SGD118, and they will be available through sistic.com.sg.
