Joe Satriani is coming to rock Singapore, again

The world’s most commercially successful solo guitar performer, Joe Satriani will be performing live in Singapore as part of the ‘Surf to Shockwave’ tour on 21 February 2017 at the Kallang theatre.

This was made official after concert promoters, L.A.M.C Productions posted on their Facebook page today:-

“The world’s most commercially successful solo guitar performer, Joe Satriani returns to   Singapore on 21 February, 2017 at Kallang Theatre!

The "Surfing to Shockwave" Tour will celebrate Joe Satriani’s 30-year career including music from his first solo album, Not of This Earth through his latest release, his 15th solo album, Shockwave Supernova.”

It will also encompass some rare and never before played songs pulled straight from the Satriani songbook.

With a total of 15 Grammy nominees and over 10 million albums sold worldwide, it is not hard to understand why Joe Satriani has been the biggest-selling instrumental rock guitarist of all time.

The guitar wizard previously performed in Singapore on November 2014 to a massive turnout and fans that have missed the opportunity to be a part of it now have a second chance to do so.

German drummer Marko Minneman, Bass guitarist Bryan Beller and American guitarist cum composer Mike Keneally will all be performing alongside Joe.

The ‘Surf to Shockwave’ Asian leg will first kick off in Japan, Taiwan, followed by China and Singapore.

Ticket price starts from SGD128, and will go on sale from 10 November, 9:00 am via the official ticketing agent SISTIC, at sistic.com.sg
