Joseph Schooling returns to Singapore as hero
Singapore's first Olympic gold medallist, Joseph Schooling received a warm welcome at Changi Airport as hundreds of fellow Singaporeans all gathered there to meet and greet the hero.

The 21-year-old had defeated 23-time Olympic gold medallist Michael Phelps and reigning world champion, Chad le Clos, at the men's 100 metres butterfly final on 13 August 2016 at Rio 2016.

As the national champion arrived at the airport, fans were screaming and chanting his name as he made his way through the crowd.
Some even had a chance to take a selfies with Schooling.
