“X-Men” star Lucas Till is the new MacGyver in rebooted TV series!
The long search has finally ended! CBS has finally found their actor to play the titular character of the newly reboot “MacGyver” TV series!
25-year-old star of “X-Men: First Class” and “X-Men: Days of Future Past”, Lucas Still will be playing the role of the genius secret agent, Angus MacGyver, who solves complex problems in unusual ways which in turn prevents disasters from happening.

The character from the original 1980s series was first made famous by actor Richard Dean Anderson.
Meanwhile, actor Joshua Boone will be playing the character, Gunner, who is MacGyver’s best friend from high school.

The two of them will join previously announced George Eads who will play Lincoln, an eccentric and smart conspiracy theorist who is a legitimate government employee.
Lucas Till is also known for his role in “Hannah Montana: The Movie” and for starring in the music video for Taylor Swift's song, “You Belong with Me”.
He will reprise his role as Alex Summers / Havok in the upcoming “X-Men: Apocalypse”.
