Malaysian footballer gains international attention with miracle kick
Malaysian footballer Faiz Subri from Penang has done a miraculously impossible, yet stunning free kick which could get him into becoming one of the contenders of the FIFA Puskás Award!
During Pulau Pinang’s match against Pahang in the Malaysia Super League, the 28-year-old gave a free kick that completely left the goalkeeper as well as the audience in awe, as the ball swerved from left to right before going across the goalkeeper and landing inside the goal.

The miraculous kick that defied the law of physics not only helped Penang beat Pahang with a 4-1 win, but it also brought Faiz Subri’s name to international attention as the video of his outrageous shot has been going viral on the internet and been covered by many international media outlets.
