Tony Roma’s opens its first ever outlet in East Malaysia
One of America’s largest casual dining restaurant chains is finally opening its first ever outlet in East Malaysia at Vivacity Megamall in Kuching, Sarawak.
The new outlet marks the 10th Tony Roma’s outlet in Malaysia and the opening is also in conjunction with the chain’s 10th anniversary in the country.

In a statement obtained by New Sarawak Tribune, George Ang, Chief Executive Officer of Revenue Valley Sdn Bhd, whose wholly owned subsidiary Grand Companions Sdn Bhd, currently owns and operates the Tony Roma’s chain in Malaysia, said:-
“We are very excited to bring the Tony Roma’s dining experience to patrons in East Malaysia, who can now indulge in their love for ribs right at their door-steps.
“Since we opened our doors to Kuching folks, the response has been amazing and we look forward to host more fantastic deals, promotions and activities during Tony Roma's anniversary celebrations.”

The first Tony Roma’s outlet in Malaysia is at Sunway Pyramid, with eight other outlets opening up in Klang Valley and one in Johor.
The latest outlet in Kuching is a joint venture between Revenue Valley and Premier Victory Sdn Bhd.
The Revenue Valley CEO also mentioned plans on opening new outlets in Empire City Mall and Melawati Mall in Kuala Lumpur.
“I'm also proud to share that with the opening of Tony Roma's 10th outlet, we are the largest franchise partner in Asia, overtaking Japan who has nine outlets,” he added.
