5 Seconds of Summer announces KL concert date
Australian pop punk band 5 Seconds of Summer has announced Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has been included for their upcoming tour “Sounds Live Feels Live” which will take place next year!
Confirmed by international concert promoter PR Worldwide, the concert is held is to support the band’s latest album “Sounds Good Feels Good” which will be released worldwide by Capitol Records on 23 October 2015.
The four-member band which made up of Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood and Ashton Irwin, were originally YouTube celebrities who made plenty song covers from various famous artistes.
They rose to fame internationally when they toured with touring One Direction on the “Take Me Home Tour” in 2013 and became one of the biggest breakthrough band that year with five multi-million selling singles, a self-titled debut album which peaked at No. 1 in 11 countries and the biggest US debut by an Australian artist ever.
According to an official press release by PR Worldwide, the boys said;
“We had such a blast on the Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour. It was a big mo- ment for us – our first ever headline tour, it is what you dream of. We are going to try and make this tour even better than the last and the best live show possible for you guys. This is such a huge thing for us to be able to come and see you all. We can’t wait to play you the new album and loads more, we love you guys and hope you are as excited as we are.”
“Sounds Live Feels Live” concert will take place on 2 March 2016, 8pm at Halls 4 and 5 of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
Tickets will go on sale during an exclusive fan pre-sale starting 10.30am on Saturday, 7 November 2015 at Rock Corner, The Curve before they go on general sale at 12pm through prworldwidelive.com.
