One Direction to go separate ways next year
Get ready to have a sobfest Directioners because One Direction is going to be “Four Directions” starting March next year.
According to reports from E! News, the boys are going to take a break as a boy band after the release of their fifth studio album as they want to concentrate on their own solo projects, but they are definitely not splitting up for good (Phew!)
“They are taking a hiatus so they can work on individual projects for a while but they are not splitting up. They will remain together and plan to work together in the future,” a source said.
The news surfaced a few days after One Direction released the music video of their latest single “Drag Me Down”, which is also the first music video made after Zayn Malik left the group.
“They are great friends and fully support one another,” the source added. “They are very aware that they are able to work on their own stuff as well as remain together. This is an exciting time for them creatively and as a group.”
