Malaysian songstress Yuna to duet with R&B singer Usher
Renowned Malaysian singer-songwriter Yunalis Zarai or better known as Yuna, is set to duet with Grammy-award winning R&B singer, Usher.
The news was confirmed by multiple Grammy-award winning producer, David Foster – who personally handpicked Yuna to join his record label Verve Music Group back in 2013 – during a press conference at Majestic Hotel where he was announced as AirAsia’s first global brand ambassador.
“Yuna has recorded a duet with Usher. It will bring her to the top and I have faith in her, 100 percent,” said the 65-year-old producer who has produced for a number of notable music artistes including Christina Aguilera, Toni Braxton, Michael Bublé, The Corrs, Céline Dion, Josh Groban, Whitney Houston, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Barbra Streisand, and Westlife.
In other Yuna-related news, it has been announced that the 28-year-old singer is set to return to her home country for a live exclusive performance on 16 October 2015 at the Plenary Hall, KL Convention Centre.
