Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina dies at 22
Bobbi Kristina Brown – the only daughter of the late legendary singer Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown – has died at the age of 22.
She had passed away at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia on Monday, 26 July 2015, surrounded by her family members.
"She is finally at peace in the arms of God," the Houston family said in statement obtained by ET Online. "We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months."
After Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious and unresponsive in her bathtub back in January, the 22-year-old spent months in hospitals and was in hospice care ever since, never regaining conscious.
"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate," said Pat Houston in a statement. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."
Bobbi Kristina was found in her bathtub three days before her mother’s death anniversary and according to sources, she too suffered from an apparent drug overdose, similar to her mother’s death.
Until now, nobody knows exactly what had happened to her on that day as she never regained her consciousness to explain.
