MasterChef’s Poh signature dish will be served on MAS flights
You can now get a taste of MasterChef runner-up, Poh Ling Yeow’s dish, Nyonya chicken curry served on Malaysian Airlines flights as their signature meal from next month onwards!
If you remember, back in 2009, Poh who is a Malaysian-born Australian artist and actress, became the runner-up of MasterChef Australia.
Now, MAS has signed up with the celebrity chef to create the airlines’ latest signature dish, Nyonya chicken curry that will be offered on all MAS flights for its Australia-Malaysia route starting from 1 December 2014 through to the end of February 2015, Business Traveller reports.

“Nyonya Chicken is a definite crowd pleaser, Australians appreciate Malaysian gastronomy because it’s a very unpretentious, inclusive food culture and the fusion of Malay, Indian and Chinese influences has created an incredibly diverse, vibrant and unique cuisine,” explained Poh.
