NSFW trailer for “Marco Polo” series shot in Malaysia is here!

The teaser trailer for “Marco Polo”, Netflix’s upcoming series is finally out! You know, the huge production that was done largely in Malaysia at the new Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studio in Nusajaya, Johor, early this year.

The teaser trailer is 1 minute and 27 seconds long, and while its main purpose is obviously to introduce the lead and provide glimpses of its plot, the teaser also has plenty of NSFW scenes that features nudity ala-"Game Of Thrones" (a naked woman doing the cartwheel caught our attention!).

The 10-episode series was shot in Italy, Kazakhstan, and the Pinewood Studios in Malaysia with nine out of the ten episodes reportedly filmed in Malaysia over a period of several months early this year.

The “Marco Polo” series also features Malaysians who make up the extras of the series playing villagers, soldiers, guards, generals, nobles and more.

The series is set to air for the on-demand Internet streaming media, Netflix, on 12 December 2014 and it stars Lorenzo Richelmy as Marco Polo, a merchant traveller that goes on adventures in 13th century China.

“Marco Polo” also stars Benedict Wong, Joan Chen, Chin Han, Zhu Zhu, Olivia Cheng, Claudia Kim, Mahesh Jad, Tom Wu, Remy Hii, Uli Latukefu and Rick Yune.

The series was produced The Weinstein Company and was bought by Netflix for USD90 million, that's more than the first season of "Game Of Thrones" that had cost around USD60 million!
