Kiki gets 240 mins community service and a fine of RM5,000
Siti Fairrah Ashyikin Kamaruddin, 30, or better known to some as the Kuantan road bully, Kiki, received a fine of RM5,000 and 240 minutes of community service from the Sessions Court on Tuesday, 22 July 2014 for damaging the car of senior citizen Sim Siak Hong, 61, in public.
Sim’s Toyota Corolla car was damaged by Kiki on 14 July when she used her steering lock to hit the roof, front bonnet, mirror and windows of the car which caused Sim to suffer a loss of RM500.
According to Bernama, she was charged under Section 427 of the Penal Code which carries a maximum of two years’ jail or fine or both.
Judge Datuk Zainal Abidin Kamaruddin told Kiki that she should be more patient and also learn to control her temper. Her action is deemed very unlady-like but more mafia-like due to her vulgar words and violent actions.
The judge also said that Kiki was lucky that the victim, Sim, is very kind-hearted and forgiving as he did not demand for compensation for the damages of his car.
Kiki confessed that she regretted her childish actions. “I even apologised to Uncle Sim. I was left traumatised by the incident as people started to follow me to my house and hurl me with abusive remarks."
