Psy and Snoop Dogg's "Hangover" described as 'art'
South Korean rap and pop superstar known for his viral video hits "Gangnam Style" and "Gentleman" has come up with another outrageously insane new video made specially for another quizzically viral hit wonder, and this time, he has brought a friend along with him.
Fellow rap superstar Snoop Dogg and Psy have collaborated for their new effort "Hangover", and their new video is described by Time Magazine as a work of art after it debuted online last Saturday.
And indeed, the video does live up to it's description.
The video shows Psy and Snoop Dogg having fun with various 'hangover' based sets and situations, but it isn't a Psy video without some really weird shenanigans going on in it as well.
It begins with a shot of Psy vomiting rather unceremoniously into a toilet before Snoop Dogg emerges from a bathtub behind him. Snoop dances in the tub for a brief moment before exiting it to repeatedly slap the very ill Psy on the back, reminding him that the party, as the track’s chorus reiterates again and again, simply "ain’t over".
After brushing their teeth together in synchronized rhythm, the two embark on a five-minute adventure that includes a riot in a Seoul seafood restaurant, what appears to be a drinking contest between the pop stars and two Korean aunties.
Needless to say, this video is a definite must watch, with more than 2 million views already.
