    I am writing to you regarding to the terrible incident which happen today at your city square cinema.

    1). I have bought a ticket at city square at 3:30pm today for the movie “Holmes and Watson” at 5:45pm.

    2). The counter staff said this movie is not so nice and advised to watch another movie “Aquaman” at 7:30pm.

    3). I was agreed to change and choose a seat F8.

    4). Before I select a seat for that movie, the counter staff already Issued to me a ticket and saying I am getting a seat at D1.

    5). I refuse to sit at D1 and told them that I am buying a seat F8.

    6). The counter staff and the supervisor (the lady standing beside her and giving the instructions to the staff) issued a ticket with seat D1.

    7). I told them that this is not a ticket I bought.

    8). They again told me “You just go in the cinema and sit at seat F8 and they will block the seat F8”.

    9). I again requested to them to issue the correct ticket with seat no F8.

    10). They insisted to issue a correct ticket and keep promised that they will make sure the seat for me.

    11). After a few minutes and movie started, I was told to move out by two guys and they showed the ticket with seat no F7, F8.

    12). I immediately looked for the counter staffs to resolve the issue but they do not appear to the cinema hall.

    13). I have looked for the two staffs at counter and their manager as well and they insist to refund my ticket initially.

    14). After a few minutes talk, they refund my ticket but they did not apologise to me.

    15). And no satisfactory actions were taken by their manager and the staffs as well.

    In summary, I have a horrible experience which I never had at any cinema and would like to recommend to fire this two staffs from cinema and to take actions on manager who do not take any responsibilities on his staff’s fault.
